About Your Child:	Paul is 2 years old he is very happy and smiling boy he loves to moan and talk to everyone harleegrace is 5 months she does love when paul talks to her they bond very well with each other
Child's Age:	4 years
Child's Surgeries:	Paul has had 3 spinal taps and had to be sadated also he had his j/G tube placements harleeGrace hasnt had any surguries yet
Child's Therapies / Treatments:	Paul is in PT/OT/SP once a week HarleeGrace is in PT/OT once a week
Special Equipment:	Paul has a wheelchair named the bug it is very heavy and doesnt really suit his needs he is getting fitted for another soon he also has a bath chair for when he gets older and has a tumbleform feeding chair he will be getting much more equitment after the holidays harleeGrace is getting fitted for her wheelchair and other equiptment down the road
Medication:	Paul is on many differnt meds Baclofen- for high tone Calcuim acate Calonipin-for irribility Prilocec- reflex miralax-contipation diamox- head circumfrance HarleeGrace is on a couple Diamox- head circumfrance Miralax- constipation
