Question about cerebra
Post Question about cerebra

Hi Sally,
I saw that you have prepared a portfolio for Ben. But I could not get how I will prepare a passport for Sarp. And actually I could not understand how this portfolio will help him.
Is that for the nurses, doctors to understand Ben?
And how I can get it from UK, any idea?

Thank you for your help.

Post passport / portfolio

Hi
Yes the passport or portfolio is for the child to take around with them to places such as hospital and school to give relevent people an overview of the child and to save you repeating so many questions.
I think actually it works better for children with disabilities that are less severly affected than Ben is, such as children that parents may leave alone in hospital or send alone to school, things that I do not do with Ben.
In the UK it is provided free by a charity called Cerebra if you contacted them they may send you a blank template that you could fill in with Sarp's information that you wanted to or you could just make up your own.
Sally x
